Account and billing

Your Crossfeed account, private beta access, and the Crossfeed subscription.

Crossfeed ties your access, your subscription, and your synced data to a Crossfeed account. Twitch and stream.place sign-ins stay separate and live in your browser.

Your Crossfeed account

Crossfeed creates your account the first time you sign in on crossfeed.live. It holds your DID, your email, or both:

  • Signing in with your AT Protocol account adds your DID. Crossfeed knows the account by its DID, so changing your handle keeps your account.
  • Signing in with your email adds your address. The sign-in link works once, for 15 minutes.

An account with only an email works with Twitch. stream.place features and the chat bot on stream.place need a DID on your account. To add one, connect your AT Protocol account in the Accounts section of Settings, then select Link @ followed by your handle. Crossfeed signs you in on crossfeed.live and adds the DID to the same Crossfeed account.

The Subscription card in the Accounts section shows your plan and the Crossfeed account you're signed in with.

Private beta

Crossfeed is in private beta. Accounts on the beta list get into the dashboard. Signing in without a beta spot puts you on the waitlist, and your invite arrives by email or from @crossfeed.live on Bluesky. The demo needs no account.

Crossfeed is free during the beta. The Subscription card shows Beta access, free during the beta.

Subscription

Subscriptions aren't on sale during the beta. Crossfeed gives beta testers at least 14 days' notice before the free beta ends. From then on, the dashboard shows a banner with the end date and a Subscribe link, and the Subscription card shows both plans.

PlanEuro, including VATUS dollars, plus tax
Yearly€34.99 a year$39.99 a year
Monthly€3.99 a month$4.49 a month

Select a plan in the Accounts section of Settings to open checkout. Stripe Managed Payments sells the subscription through Link, so the purchase shows as sold through Link. If you subscribe before the free beta ends, your first payment is on the day it ends.

Once the free beta ends, an account without a subscription sees Subscribe to use Crossfeed when it opens the dashboard.

Manage or cancel

Select Manage on Link in the Subscription card, or go to app.link.com, to manage or cancel your subscription. After you cancel, the card shows the date your subscription ends, and Crossfeed keeps working until then.
