Introduction
Crossfeed is a dashboard for streaming to stream.place and Twitch at the same time, with YouTube Live coming soon.
Crossfeed runs in your browser at app.crossfeed.live. It connects to your Twitch account, your AT Protocol account, and OBS, and shows everything from both platforms in one place.
What Crossfeed does
- Chat: Messages from Twitch and stream.place arrive in one feed. You can send to both platforms or to one, and moderate each message on the platform it came from.
- Activity: Follows, subs, cheers, and raids from Twitch appear next to Bluesky follows and stream.place teleports.
- Stream info: One title, category, and tag list are pushed to both platforms at once.
- Go live: A checklist reads OBS, both platforms, and your audio. Crossfeed then marks the stream live on stream.place and can post it to Bluesky.
- Stats: Viewer counts per platform, peak viewers, chat activity, and a history of past streams.
- Health: OBS output stats, stream.place video arrival, and the state of your restream targets.
What Crossfeed does not do
Crossfeed never sends your video. OBS streams to stream.place, and stream.place restreams to Twitch. Crossfeed also never changes your OBS scenes or settings. It reads audio levels, output stats, and which server OBS streams to. It starts and stops the Virtual Camera for the live preview, and stops the stream in OBS when you select End.
Crossfeed doesn't connect to YouTube yet. YouTube Live support is coming soon.
Try the demo
The demo opens the dashboard with sample chat, pinned messages, alerts, emotes, and stats. You can end the sample stream, go live again with the restream question in the go-live checklist, and style the overlays with a live preview. It needs no account, so it's a good way to learn the layout before your first stream.
When you're ready to connect your own accounts, follow the quick start.
